Jam-Along Night hosted by Jeff Jacobs

Jeff Jacobs will be hosting the fifth installment of the “Jam-Along” Jam Night at The Collective in Pacific Beach!  

🎻 ~*🎸WHAT’S A “JAM-ALONG?” 🪕~*🎷  

A Jam Along is a night where musicians get get together to play songs. We play pop songs from the 1960s-2000’s. 

 🪕~*🎷WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING / WHAT’S PROVIDED🎸~*🪘 

 Bring ANY instrument! As long as it makes sound!  Microphones will be set up around the room. Feel free to sing/add background vocals! Drum kit will also be provided.  If you play an electric instrument, it’s encouraged that you bring your own amplification (either battery powered, or bring an extension cord)  

🎻 ~*🎸 WHAT IF I JUST STARTED PLAYING, OR I DON’T PLAY ANY INSTRUMENTS? 🪕~*🎷  

We provide a jam space for musicians of all skill levels to enjoy playing with others. The chords & lyrics will be scrolling on a projector screen so it’s easy for everyone to follow along.  

🪕~*🎷CAN I REQUEST A SONG? 🎸~*🪘  

Our list of song options is available online at www.JeffJacobsMusic.com/JamAlong.If you’d like to request a song that’s not on the list, please DM me at least 48 hours in advance and send me some options of songs you’d like to hear/play. The songs should be recognizable enough (billboard top 40 songs form the past 20 years, or billboard top 10 songs from the past 70 years) and easy for everyone to jam along to (5 chords or less).

We host the Jam Along on the first Wednesday of every month. Out next one is Wednesday, August 7th, 7PM - 12:00AM at Collective Bar (1261 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA)
